1. Returns Eligibility

  • 14-Day Return Window: You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence for a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or misdelivered:

  • Opened cosmetics (e.g., lipsticks, mascaras, foundations).
  • Skincare/haircare products with broken seals.
  • Fragrances (due to UAE aviation regulations).
  • Personalized or sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@buysial.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product in its original packaging to:

Note:

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 7–10 business days).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Contact us first to confirm stock.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged in Transit: Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We’ll cover return shipping costs and dispatch the correct product immediately.

7. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UAE/GCC are responsible for return shipping fees and customs duties.
  • Refunds exclude international shipping charges.

8. Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment: Cancel orders via email before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Post-Shipment: Follow the standard returns process.

9. Product Quality Assurance

All products are sourced directly from authorized distributors and stored in climate-controlled facilities to ensure freshness and compliance with UAE standards.
