Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at buysial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at buysial@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
