At BuySial, we value your satisfaction with our services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for orders processed through BuySial. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled and under what circumstances they apply.

By using BuySial's services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.


1. Orders Delayed

BuySial offers refunds for orders that are significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time. The following conditions apply:

  • For shipments to the USA: If the tracking information is not updated within 60 days from the date of shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • For shipments to other countries: If the tracking information is not updated within 90 days, BuySial will offer a refund.
  • For shipments to Brazil: Refunds will be considered for orders delayed for more than 120 days.

Exceptions: Delays caused by customs issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are not eligible for refunds. BuySial reserves the right to assess each case individually.


2. Orders Not Received

If your order has not been received within the estimated time and tracking information shows no progress, you may be eligible for a refund. The following cases are covered:

  • No tracking information is available after 15 days of shipment.
  • The order is marked as undelivered or lost by the shipping provider.
  • The package is returned to the sender due to delivery failure without customer fault.

3. Products Damaged or Defective

BuySial offers refunds for products that arrive damaged or defective. The following conditions apply:

  • Visible damage: Products that arrive with clear damage due to shipping (e.g., broken items, cracked surfaces) are eligible for a refund.
  • Defective items: Products that do not function as described or are unusable due to manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund.

Note: Buyers must provide proof of damage or defects, such as photos or videos of the product, within 7 days of receiving the item. In some cases, BuySial may request the return of the damaged product before processing the refund.


4. Incorrect or Missing Products

BuySial will issue refunds or replacements for incorrect or missing products under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect items: If the product received does not match the order specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or model), a refund will be issued.
  • Missing items: If part of your order is missing, and it is confirmed that the missing items were not shipped, you will receive a refund for the unshipped portion.

Note: You must notify BuySial of any incorrect or missing products within 7 days of receiving your shipment.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded under the following conditions:

  • Before shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a full refund. Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard refund rules will apply.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Orders canceled after shipment cannot be refunded.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started.

6. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

BuySial is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery of products due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or governmental actions. Refunds will not be issued for orders affected by such events, unless otherwise specified by BuySial.


7. Return Requirements for Refunds

In some cases, BuySial may require the return of the product before a refund is processed. The following conditions apply:

  • Return authorization: You must receive a return authorization from BuySial's customer support team before returning any products.
  • Return shipping costs: In cases where the return is due to product damage or BuySial's error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Address: BuySial will provide the return shipping address based on your location. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.


8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service: Email support@buysial.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documents (e.g., photos, videos).
  2. Review process: BuySial will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information or documentation.
  3. Refund processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • BuySial reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • For bulk or wholesale orders, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
