1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You may request a cancellation of your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is still in the processing stage, you may request a full cancellation and refund.
After Shipment: Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. At this stage, you will need to follow our Refund Policy for any eligible returns or refunds.
2. How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service: Email us at support@buysial.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.
Cancellation review: Our team will review your cancellation request and confirm whether the order has been processed or shipped.
Confirmation: If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation and process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will notify you that cancellation is not possible, and guide you on how to handle the order under our Refund Policy.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders cannot be canceled after confirmation, including:
Customized or Personalized Products: Once production has started on custom or personalized items, the order cannot be canceled. This includes products that are made to order according to specific customer requirements.
Bulk or Wholesale Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, cancellations may only be accepted under special circumstances, as agreed upon during the purchase agreement.
4. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify an order (such as changing the product, size, color, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at support@buysial.com. Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
5. Important Notes
Cancellation Timing: We recommend submitting cancellation requests as quickly as possible after placing your order to ensure the best chance of stopping the order before it is processed.
Cancellation Fees: In most cases, no fees are charged for cancellations made before the order is processed. However, for bulk or special orders, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the terms of the order.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days once the cancellation has been confirmed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Force Majeure
BuySial is not responsible for delays or inability to cancel orders due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or global pandemics. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you, but cancellation may not be possible.
