If you receive a product that is damaged or defective: Please contact us at support@buysial.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, along with photos or videos showing the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer either a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed for shipping. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at support@buysial.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
